South West Shetland Pony Group:
Established in 1991 to bring together breeders and enthusiasts to learn about and enjoy Shetland ponies. We organise talks, demonstrations, teach-in days, social events and an annual Fun Day and Show.

The British Spotted Pony Society:
The Society's aim is to encourage the breeding of quality spotted ponies, to foster interest in and promote the breed. There is also an active sales list.

Blackertor UK Stud:
British and American Miniature Horse Stud.
The Stud is based in Okehampton, Devon on the edge of Dartmoor.

Sharptor Shetland Pony Stud:
Both standard and miniature Shetland ponies with the emphasis on breeding sound ponies that are true to type.
The studs aim is to breed standard ponies that are up to height in chestnut and broken coloured. The stud also includes roans and piebalds.

Blackertor Stud of Welsh Section A Ponies:
Recently established stud which breeds and sells Welsh Section A Ponies. The Stud is based in Okehampton, Devon on the edge of Dartmoor.

Tyeslemore Shetlands:
Located in Holland on the little Frisian Isle of Texel.
Breeding miniature shetland ponies since 1985 with up to 30 ponies held at any one time. Ponies are bred for a friendly charachter, pretty head, size under 31.5" and a wide variety of colours.

We have been breeding Shetland Pomies for many years and have enjoyed considerable success in the show ring. Our stock is based on really good quality old bloodlines.
We started the Bramins Stud with the aim of breeding up to height black standard Shetlands. Our foundation stock includes; Hose, Wells, Lakehead and Transy bloodlines.
