Halstock & Blackertor Shetland Pony Studs.

We have been breeding Shetland ponies here at Lower Halstock farm for over 50 years.
We breed both standard Shetland ponies and miniature Shetland ponies and also miniature spotted ponies.
The farm is based in Okehampton, Devon on the edge of Dartmoor with ground running up to 2000 feet.

Velvet Fox was Miniature Champion and then in the overall M & M championships he was champion stallion of all breeds,
Champion exhibitor bred, Small breed Champion and then went on to take Reserve Supreme of the show..
Velvet Fox also won the NPS Silver medal.
